Inline Software Lab

We don't start from a technology. We start from a problem.

This is how we've thought about every solution we've built since 2024, in southwestern Colombia.

Origin

The beginning, in southwestern Colombia.

Inline Software Lab was born in southwestern Colombia and began operating in 2024. From the start, the goal has been the same: to develop custom technology solutions for each client, always starting from a real problem rather than a technology.

The problem we saw

Digital transformation still felt out of reach for most people.

Many people and businesses remained outside the digital transformation process. There was a widespread idea that software was expensive, that going digital was something only big companies did, that applications were inaccessible, and that automating processes required investment only a few could afford.

Inline starts from a different idea: technology can be accessible to an entrepreneur, a small business, or an organization that needs to solve a concrete problem.

How we think

The problem first. The technology, after.

We understand the problem first. Then we analyze how it's solved today. From there we determine what can be digitized, automated, integrated, or transformed — and we design the solution around the problem, never the other way around.

01

Problem

We listen to what needs solving, not what someone wants built.

02

Understanding

We understand how it's done today, before proposing how it should be done.

03

Design

We determine what can be digitized, automated, or integrated.

04

Technology

We choose the tool based on the problem — never the other way around.

05

Solution

We build something that responds exactly to what was needed.

06

Evolution

We stay present after launch, not just until delivery.

How our reach has grown

From a software idea to a lab spanning more than one discipline.

01

Software

The starting point: solutions tailored to each client.

02

Automation

Manual processes turned into flows that run on their own.

03

Electronics

Prototypes, PCBs, and 3D modeling for real projects.

04

Robotics

Competition robots and applied electronics projects.

05

Education

Technical training to bring technology closer to more people.

06

International relations

Exploration and positioning outside Colombia.

Technology education

Bringing technology closer to more people, not just building it.

Inline has developed courses and training activities in electronics, microcontroller programming and application-specific efficiency, and robotics — including robotics competitions at educational institutions.

The intent has been to bring technology closer to people from different backgrounds, including places with varying levels of access to resources.

Engineering and robotics

From idea to circuit: competition robots and capstone projects.

We've designed competition robots — speed racers, sumo, mini-sumo, and soccer — and worked on electronics projects for capstone theses, which can include 3D modeling, component design, PCB design, electronics, and integration.

International relations

Exploring opportunities beyond Colombia.

We've taken part in meetings and international relationship-building activities, seeking opportunities and building relationships across different countries and contexts.

This is part of our international exploration and positioning — not a portfolio of clients outside Colombia.

Technology shouldn't be exclusive to large companies.

An entrepreneur can digitize their business too. A small business can automate too. A person can build their own technology solution.

Where we're headed

We want to keep helping more people and organizations — regardless of size — understand and make use of what technology can do for them. To keep solving real problems first, and let the right technology follow.
